Bike Fitting

Bike fitting is the unique art of integrating the bike and body to produce the most comfortable and optimal position while increasing performance and power. With 10 years of Physical Therapy and Bike Fitting experience, Ray can not only effectively evaluate issues stemming from the bike, but can also clinically evaluate the body to give a complete vision of “Body and Bike”.

Return Fitting

If you have purchased one of our bike fitting services (Level 1, 2 Bikes, New Bike Purchase, and/or PT Bike Fit), we are happy to have you back into the fit studio if you need any additional adjustments or tweaks, for no cost. We do suggest that after your bike fit, you spend at least 3-4 weeks riding to allow your body to adjust to the changes that were made during the bike fit. This session typically lasts 30-45 min and can be scheduled by emailing ray@alchemybodyandbike.com.

Sometimes the limiter is the body more than the bike, and as the body changes over time, the fit needs to follow suit. Sometimes, the limiters that make riding painful or hinder performance take time to address. Bike fit, much like physical therapy, is not a one and done process, so it is important to understand that we will help adjust as many things in your first session as possible. But if you feel our service does not live up to this standard please let us know, we will do everything we can to make our service match the goals that we set at the start of the session. Your health, happiness and experience are the most important things to us.
